1987 Brake Master Cylinder
I have a strange question that I haven't been able to find the answer to. We had our show this weekend and I noticed that all of the other C4's that were there had two resevoirs for the brake master cylinder. My car only has one.....there are two holes but the front one on my car looks like a plug and all the other cars had two resevoirs.
Was there a change at some point where cars got two resevoirs? I've looked everywhere I can think of but can't find the answer.

My 87 has one reservoir. (The car was assembled in December 86). The 88's got bigger calipers inside those 17" wheels. Maybe the MC got changed at the same time.

Actually. I've got two friends with '84's, who both have the dual, and my '87' also has the single. I wanna say I looked at an '85' with the dual one as well, but not sure about that anymore.

I pulled out my dealer brochure from 1987 and it shows only one resevoir in the master cylinder. I remember seeing a couple of newer C4's at the show that also had 2 resevoirs including an 88, so I guess my question now is was this a change for 1987 only or did it apply to other years?
