A/C clutch or compressor?

A/C clutch or compressor?
The pulley/belt won't turn. If I disconnect the power to the clutch the pulley/belt turns. How can I tell if my A/C compressor is dead, or if it is just the A/C Clutch?

If the engine stalls when engaged, it's the compressor - With the engine off, put a socket on the shaft nut and try to turn it. If the compressor is ok, it will turn with minimal resistance. If not, it's seized (and when most fall apart, they won't turn at all). You will need to replace it, flush the system of any debris (I'd replace the condensor too as it difficult to get all the crap out of it) and install a new accumulator. Pull a vacuum and recharge.
