I think he is referring to an Accel DFI (Digital fuel injection) Generation 7 system. I asked this question a month ago or so. One CF member put his in the glove box (with mods) and ran the cables out through the firewall.

On my 85 I mounted it in the same spot as the factory ECU. I had some brackets stamped out and mounted in same orientation with the harness and the Calmap cable connector facing down. It's kinda hard to see in these pics but this is how I did it. If your car is later model with the ECU under the hood though I might not be helping you much.
