i agree with vader what's goal and need more info, ...more info please. If ur plan is to go little improvement than i would go #113 instead of #128. But again we need more info what yr, auto or manual, what's ur plan?...

I would like to get to 400 chp maybe a little more then that. Not doing this right away but just trying to figure what I would need to get there.
Rebuild bottom end go to 383
Possibly SR or might just Big Mouth lt

heads rework mine or go with AFR or and other recommended ones.

I think you'd be pushing it to get 400chp from those heads, might be possible, but you'd definitely get there with something aftermarket and the cost might end up being about the same.
