C4 Brakes
Wish to uprate my 94 convertible brakes, but as I have a set of new grooved and drilled C4 13 inch discs, can I use C5 calipers with them
? I know the bell offset of C4 and C5 are different. I assume I will have to make my own mounting bracket. Or would it be better to sell C4 discs and go for C5 discs?

There are hundreds of C4 brakes threads in CF. Use the search engine for this. If you wish to upgrade your brakes to a C5 caliper, you'll have to buy the entire C5 set-up. Just like oil & vinegar C4 & C5 parts don't mix. Good Luck

Have just ( 3months ago) upgraded my existing HD 13" brakes to drilled and slotted rotors with semimettalic pads as well and it now stops like it should do!Also did master/and caliper seals and stainless brake lines.
Whole lot cost me approx $700 ( luckily my daughter lives in USa and sends me lots of "GIFTS" which attract not tax/import duty) keep an eye out on ebay as a lot of good stuff is very low priced there if you are carefull...semi mettalic pads were $48 a set ..yes the set 4 wheels, and they work brill.
