Default Alky/meth kit users inside please..

Hey guys,

I was given an SMC alky kit for some help done on a daily driver car of a friend who owns a GN and trade for an old tranny cooler I had. I am planning on installing this kit on the 95 red vette with the P1SC blower and getting rid of the ATI intercooler. My question is regarding the MAF.. being there isn't going to be alot of room between the blower outlet and throttle body, I was going to try and put the MAF as close to the TB as possible to avoid the bypass valve interfering with the part throttle tune etc... is it harmful to spray the meth downstream of the MAF? Also, to any running a Vortec kit.. do you know if they sell just the inlets from the blower to the TB? I would be interested in getting one of these for a neat and clean install rather then trying to fab one. any help appreciated!

You will kill the MAF sensor if you spray it.....spray after.....and get it as close to the TB as you can

Why would you want to get rid of the intercooler? If anything, run them both. But what happens when you run out of meth? If that happens, you'll have to stay out of the gas.

the ATI intercooler is a pretty big restriction and its fine for right now at the lower power level, but where we are going it will not fit into the system.

Spray after the MAF... also make sure your IAT is not in the path it can short too...
