I dont believe GM ever produced anything other then the 2.59 through 3.07 gears. There were a few other ratios in between those two. You can get a 3.54 , 3.73, and a 3.75 for the dana 36 in aftermarket parts but not GM.
The 3.45 was a dana 44 gear.

3.54 is a stock GM gear in the Dana 44. I have them in my early 1989 Z51 coupe.

The reason I am asking this is because there is set of gears on Ebay that the seller is saying they fit a Dana 36 .(#28001736410)
If that was correct, I would bid on them. From what I understand they are for a Dana 44. Check it out and let me know.
GM supplied (made by Dana) both 3.45 and 3.54 gears for the Dana 44. The lowest factory gears for the 36, was 3.31:1. There are aftermarket 3.54 gears for the Dana 36, but no 3.45's for the 36, that *I* have ever heard of.

Yeah, Dana produced the 3.45 D44s for GM, but I don't know of any produced since then. The aftermarket does not offer any 3.45s for either rear end, as far as I know. I had to get my 3.45s used.

RACE ON!!!
The 3.31 was an option in the 84s only. Believe it or not, you can still get them. Motive has them listed in their catalog (http://www.motivegear.com/pages/cata...ffCat_2001.pdf - page 14). I'm assuming though that these are for the 3.x series rears...
