The volume, V, of a cylinder of diameter D (radius r where 2r = D) and height S (where S = stroke) is
V = r x r x 3.14159 x S
Times the number of cylinders give the engine displacement. For an 8 cylinder engine the total displacement is 8 x V.

If you're gonna confess
, go see a priest
and tell him about your lie about being the fastest
. I'm sure he'll get a bang out of it
.
Time to humm the AC/DC song,
"I'm on the highway to hell!"

This is his thread
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...89&forum_id=48
stating 385 Rhp, and 11.58 1/4 mile. Dont know about fastest in US but could have believe.
I have the same setup except Heads, 58mm TB and dual exhaust.
If i got 325 Rhp and 400Rwt and ran 12.50 1/4 mile i would be damned happy.

My 350 ran a 12.2, My S/R is Ported and my AFR heads a the race version. 100% CNC. I have more to gain with skinnies and pulling the sway bar but I don't have a cage.

Sami, I made that with my 213 LPE flat tappet cam I just pulled out, crap, which reminds me, I need to sell that thing.
Anyway, I made (on the same dyno as Corvette0096, Tom Wong's)
326rwhp/400rwtq with LPE213 flat tappet 224/234 .496/.520 (w/1.6's)
You should be able to make more than that!
I just finished the swap to the LPE 219 and have nearly the same set-up as Corvette0096, (ported SR, ported Dart Pro1 heads), I sure as hell hope I make his numbers!
Rich (Corvette0096), what static compression are you running?

Is that a forgiving dyno? Rich made 385rwhp/423rwtq which is more then I have seen anyone make. I think with 20% drivetrain loss, thats around 480chp/530tq. And I heard Mustang dyno's were on the low end compared to a Dynojet. Cant see him making over 400rwhp on a Dynojet or is that possible? I am lost!

I think you told me the trick in a PM a while back...wish it worked all the time though
I don't think I'll be able to use that trick this summer.
BlackZ51, Rich, Tom's Dyno read's low actually compared to the other dyno's around him.

Your trick is "tom w". Do you make him wait on the corner this late at night. Scary out there, All dark and stuff!
He sounds like a good tuner.

My 383/219/SR runs by Tjwong too, beautiful i like the way it idles even in morning, smooth and no jumping and bumping rpm, infact it passed GA Emmission too. Mail order tune still perfect.

So far so good. I don't do anything stupid with it. And I don't drag it. I let the 315 sumitros be the weak link. When I auto-x'd it with 315 VictorRacer race tires I smelled clutch burning, but the 4+3 was fine.
(Centerforce Dual Friction)
I also have OD off all the time and only manually clutch it on/off and use it for the highway.
