1990 Flooding Out

I Have A 1990 Corvette (82000) Miles That Has Fuel Injector Problem. Will Run Good For 3 Or 4 Minutes After Start Up Then Flood Out. It Has New Injectors ,fuel Regulator,iac Valve,map Sensor,and Spark Plugs .it Was Running High Rpm But The New Iac Valve Seems Have Solve That Problem. Any Help Would Be Appreciated. Thanhs Joe

Pull the plugs and take a look. Connect a fuel pressure guage to the schrader valve and turn the key on, then off and see what the pressure does....hold or drop?
