Default Rear Btt-Wing install

Can someone tell me the procedure for re-installing the rear bat-wing to the differential on a D-44.

What type of Permatex? Blue or Black
Should the aluminum be reoghed-up with sandpaper or leave it polished?

What are the torque numbers for the bolts?
Should anti-seize thrad lubricant be used on the bolts?

Thanks

I don't remember the torque offhand but can look it up if someone doesn't post it first. Antiseize would not be a bad idea because if steel ever becomes galled to aluminum, it can cause major headaches! Don't use silicone on the cover, get 'The Right Stuff' which is also made by Permatex. It will never leak but silicone may after some time in such applications.
