In Bahrain, where I doubt there are emissions laws lol, the best header for the money for you will be the Hooker 2151. Its a longtube header with a good price ($350 painted, $550 cerramic coated) which fits very well on the LT-1 as long as emissions isn't your concern. It's what I and a few others are running.

You will need to delete EGR/AIR emissions system and that will require a custom tune. Custom tune is a good thing to get anyways after longtubes headers.........

No. Emissions isnt a issue. Where have you seen them for that price?

They are a good choice for the LT-1. Nathan Plemmons runs them, I do, GS328, and a few other have had good success with them. They are easy on the wallet too.

Sometimes you can find a set used on here or ebay.

It says 81-91? Cant beat the price at all. I think Ill get some painted for now. I only need them to last a year or 2 anyways. Thanks

Yeah they call em L98 headers cause there is no way they'd fit with the factory Lt-1 Cats. Trust me they fit fine on the engine. As with all LT headers you will have top modify your exhaust system to fit.

Also there are a few small quirks with the installation. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
