problem - NO injector pulses
Who knows in what problem?
at me L98 1991 vette 1227727 ecm
At me such problem:
When I rum ignition, the engine rotates, BUT ON INJECTORS IS NOT PRESENT IMPULSES!
ALL INJECTORS NO PULSES!
All has checked up (wires, fuses, relays) but nothing helps.
Ignition "ON" - on injectors is +12v - fine.
ground is ok.
I at once shall tell - has disconnected A/C-control panel and CD/RADIO-deck.
Also I have disconnected AIRBAG (has replaced a wheel with another)
In what that? Why will not start?
Why is not present impulses on injectors? (pump is work fine)
Probably it VATS? (but I have disconnected this function in ECM)
AIRBAG (SIR ?) ? 
A/C -?
On dashboard's display lightning the word "SYS"

If the security goes out when you turn the key on, the VATS is okay. If it flashes, You may have broken the VATS wire when you changed wheels. Have you tried putting an ounce of gas in the plenum to see if it will start and stay running? (Checks out if it's a start only problem). Try disconnecting the maf, and check the tps with a meter.
