Make sure the IAT is where it belongs (or as close to), and make sure its connected and not damaged. Next, check your ICM is connected and make sure the wires arent damaged, then check your O2 sensor connection. Also check that the ECM is connected and the plugs are fully in. Then disconnect the neg terminal for a while to reset the codes. Id say either you have a damaged wire somewhere, a bad ground, or the plug in the ECM is loose.
