Default tune up

what makes up a tune up?
got spark plugs..but what else...car has 99000 miles..
so what should i do to tune up car?

Some ideas:


Air filter
Timing chain
Clean MAF
MAF burn off and power relays
Distrib cap and rotor
Shim distrib
U-joints?
plugs and wires
trans fluid and filter
oil filter and synth oil
time
fuel filter
break fluid
PS fluid
rear fluid change
thermostat and new coolant
lube
PCV
o2 sensor
Any old hoses
Light blubs?
Clean batt terminals
Rotate tires, balance
Alignment
Sea foam

i do:
plugs
wires
oil
coolant
distributer

and i clean it all up.

i repeat every 10000 miles, except for oil every 3000

ok so im going to do plugs and fuel filter and trans oil and filter and o2
thanks just need a motor tune up not the car

Why so often on the plugs and wires? I'm just curious and I'm not trying to be a smart ***.

Don't forget to check the hoses and belts if they are old.
