Distrib cap and rotor
Shim distrib
U-joints?
plugs and wires
trans fluid and filter
oil filter and synth oil
time
fuel filter
break fluid
PS fluid
rear fluid change
thermostat and new coolant
lube
PCV
o2 sensor
Any old hoses
Light blubs?
Clean batt terminals
Rotate tires, balance
Alignment
Sea foam
Air filter

plugs
wires
oil
coolant
distributer
and i clean it all up.
i repeat every 10000 miles, except for oil every 3000
