The belt change from dual side to single side was done early on in the 93 model year. Only the 92 and the early 93 cars had the double-sided belt.
You can swap out some pulleys to use a single sided belt, but GM still has the dual-side belts available. Also check with NAPA and CarQuest for belt availability.
