I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY PROCHARGER NOT MAKING OVER 4 TO SOMETIMES MAYBE 5 LBS OF BOOST SO I CALLED PROCHARGER ABOUT 10 TIMES ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND ONE TIME IT WAS YOU NEED A SMALLER PULLEY THE NEXT TIME IT WAS YOUR BOOST GAUGE IS WRONG THEN IT WAS YOU MUST HAVE UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS ON .BUT THEY NEVER MENTIONED BELT SLIP MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM ALL THEY DID WAS TRY TO SELL ME A D1 HEAD UNIT AND A BRACKET FOR ALLMOST $3000 CANADIAN BECAUSE IN THE "EXPERTS" WORDS AT ATI THE BLOWER I GOT IS JUST TO SMALL SO I BELIEVED THEM BECAUSE AFTER ALL THEY ARE THE "EXPERTS" .AND I MENTIONED TO THEM THAT I MIGHT OF INSTALLED THE TENSIONER WRONG AND THE "EXPERTS" TOLD ME NO THATS THE WAY IT GOES SO I TRUSTED THE "EXPERTS" SO THEN I POSTED MY PROBLEM AND AKS RACING TOLD ME WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND HOW THE TENSIONER GOES AND HOW MUCH BELT WRAP I SHOULD HAVE .SO I TRIED IT OUT AND BANG 10 PSI BOOST ,THIS WAS THE BEST THE CAR HAS EVER PROFORMED IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY ,I JUST WANT TO THANK YOU FOR BEING WAY MORE HELPFUL THEN THOSE SO CALLED "EXPERTS" AT PROCHARGER ,GUYS BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY AKS KNOWS HIS STUFF AND FROM THE START HE SAID TOGETHER WE WILL FIGURE IT OUT THATS A STAND UP GUY FOR YOU .THANKS FOR YOUR HELP MAN

I'm glad you are seeing increased boost with the "correct" belt routing. Once you get tired of this level, maybe I can help you to increase the boost by another couple of psi through some other tricks.
If interested, shoot some pics of the driven (blower) pulley from as close to dead on front as possible. Try to get the pulley, blower, part of the alt and part of the PS pump in the pic. Post pics in this message and maybve we can help you (and maybe some others) get the boost they have been looking for.
