Serpertine belt conversion - From double to singe grooved...
But I can't find the Power Steering pulley (except at GM)...

I just did this on my '92 a month ago.

Also, would you recommend replacing the Power Steering pump at the same time? Mines a 93, so 13 years on a pump seems like alot...

My '92 has 88K miles on it with the original power steering pump.
But, I put a power steering fluid filter in the return line to the reservoir about 4 years ago -- I have one on all my cars.
I highly suggest doing this; I change it once a year.
The only problem I ran into swapping to a single sided belt was I broke the accessory bracket where the fixed idler (not the tensioner idler) is mounted to the bracket.
I tried to pry the idler off the bracket.
If you have a problem with the idler, take the time to pull the AC compressor, PS pump, and alternator off the bracket to take it out and use a puller on the fixed idler. In the car, I couldn't get a puller in place.
And, you don't have to discharge the AC or disconnect the PS lines.
It's really not that difficult to take the bracket out.
