Question for Brake expert!
I'm doing the brakes on my '96 CE. On the rear calipers the manual says to "remove the upper caliper guide pin bolt and discard." My question, is this a one time torque bolt like some head bolts and will not hold the correct torque again or is it for some other reason. I'm getting new bolts as they are cheap $1.25 for one, but if I can reuse the old ones with thread lock on them I would go that route. Just curious.

Not curious anymore. New bolts have thread lock on them. I'll put the new ones in and reuse the old ones the next time around.
