I don't think they make many sizes of the double grooved belt. On my 1992 I converted to a single grooved belt.

To do this you will have to change the power steering, tensioner, and idler pullys.

I just noticed on my 94 that I have a single grooved belt and the back side rides on a "grooved" pulley. It does not seem to hurt the belt, although I just bought the car two months ago, but I drag raced it twice, including today and it has not caused any problem. You may not need to worry just put it together and keep an eye on it to make sure.

Red, let Mr Mojo take a look at it. It would seam that the smooth side of a belt riding on a groved pulley would quickly destroy the belt.

If this Hypertech pulley set is for a '91 or older Corvette, they WILL NOT work on a '92 or newer LT1 engine. Regardless of which style or length of belt used.

The only underdrive pulley I have seen for an LTx car was just the balancer/dampner ring.
