Does anyone have experience with the front end protective bras? I drive about 60 freeway miles per day. It seems like I'm getting alot of small paint chips.
The nose bra's are good for protection and relatively inexpensive...I got my mini bra from Ecklers for like $79 on special...now the bad news: if you leave them on for a period of time they will ruin the paint and finish underneath...
I use mine only for decent length trips and take it of immediately upon return...I would never recommend using one permanently on a daily driver...
Speed Lingerie (http://speedlingerie.com/) has some great bras... I have one and know quite a few ppl around here that do as well and love them... You might want to check them out. And they make all the factory colors to match ur paint :-)
On behalf of the whole European sportscar enthusiast community I say: don't do it! In our opinion a bra on a car goes in same category as pimp clothing!
On serious note: when dust gets under the bra (and it will) the bra will act like sand paper. Imagine what that does to your paintwork. When wet it is even worse.

I have one on my car but would much rather not. I have a big rock chip in the front that looks like crap. I need to get the front bumper repainted so I just put the bra on until I can get it painted.
I think they look good, but I know from past experience that they really destroy the paint when they are left on all the time.
I have a bra for my 95 that includes 2 pieces--the mini-piece for the bumper and another piece for the hood. I used it once when going on a longer than normal trip up the coast. Actually, it looked pretty good.
From experience with 2 other past cars (Audi and BMW), you should not be too concerned about leaving the bra on for long periods of time as I went months at a time with those other cars. The thing to remember is to occasionally carefully remove dust from under the bra and wipe underneath every so often (this is starting to sound like a mild porno flick). Anyway, with a bit of common sense care, I never had problem with paint by keeping the bra on those cars for extended periods.

I find touch-up paint for those chips and a little elbow grease keeps the finish up. And I put on about 80 miles a day.
Bras remind me of when I was a kid and my parents put these God-awful plastic slip covers on the living room couch to "protect" it. So, instead of the couch looking like &*^% after 5 years of abuse, it looked like &*^% from the beginning!
