Bought a replacement speedo LCD for the digi dash.Anyone done this? Any tips?

I hate doing elec stuff.I would appreciate any tips/advice anyone has to offer.

I replaced all three of them in my 85 about 2 years ago. It was harder to get the display out of the dash than changing the displays. the connectors are on the right hand side of the display, not much room to work in there. I had to loosen the dash pad to extract it after I got it unplugged. Put the display face down, and remove the boards from the back. The displays should just lift out, and just have some weird rubber like connectors to the circuit board. Make sure the new ones are clean and positioned correctly, and stack it all back together.
