Default MSD Adjustable Tming?
I just replaced my factory Opti with an MSD! It has adjustable timing
(+/- 5degrees) has anyone messed with these? How can I tell how many degrees its advanced total? 93 LT1 stock.

I think there was a procedure on the isntructions.

Try adding 2*-4* advance.

The advance is really for those who are installing thier cam other than TDC. Say you install your cam 4 degrees advanced.. You can now back the optispark down to TDC like its supposed to be.

MSD says its out of the box setting is equivelent to factory Opti.
Mine being stock, It sounds like I should just leave it alone
