Default 91 Wire Harness

I've got to get to the wire harness behind the dash cluster ,Is there a easy way to get there or will I have to take the intire dash apart?
Thanks for any help,

The whole harness?

Why do you need to get to it?

Well to get to that portion of the dash will need to pull quite a bit out. I would just bypass the OEM wire and run a new one.

Thanks, but it looks like I have ecm,or cluster problems. Last night the cluster went crazy, started blinking overlayed readouts ,car starts, runs good, but digital read is goofy.I have had a problem reading the codes,I took it to a friend that had a scanner and it would not show anything, scanner readout was blank, two scanners, same thing. When we pluged the scanners in a fan would start runing but no readout.
Any Thoughts?
Thanks Again
