'tts data master program not working properly"
hi there guys,
just prevoiusly brought the tts datamaster program to suit my 1991 corvette!
also brought the ALDL cable to plug into toshiba laptop computer!
buy when i set up and try to scan/run program each time the program says it is not communicating with the ecm!
any ideas on what i am doing wrong, or is there some sort of problem, or may be i have the wrong ALDL cable or some thing?

I just did the same thing. I needed to specify which comm port to use in order for it to work. Its under the Setup item in Serial Data Aquisition. The cable i use(moates) requires a specific USB driver. After that Im ouuta ideas, good luck.
