Default TPI Size Question
If the TPI was orginally designed for the 305 cu in motor, did the size of any part of the TPI ever increase when it was used on the 350?

Nope, the only difference betwwen TPI intake manifold 305 setup and 350 setup is the injector size.

Cold start injector removed from left runners for '89 and beyond. Central plenum is drilled for a MAP sensor for '90 and '91. That's all I know about any changes.
