Backfire Problem

I just finished re-installing the Accel Superram (I had it powdercoated) and Ive run into problems... After I installed it, I fired it up and it ran fine except for a steady stream of fuel coming from the DS fuel rail. I tore the top off of the Supperram and replaced the offending O-ring, and re-assembled the intake...
Problem is that now when I try and start the car, it over-revs, backfires, and won't stay running...
Any ideas?
the car sees more air coming in and ups the idle to try to compensate for the extra air, but it can only do that so much before it dies. when the tps gets a bit of sig it will spray some more fuel down as you open the throttle and the car should beable to hold itself up....
