Rear end clicking noises
I am hearing some clicking noises coming from the rear. I read here once before that something in the rear axles had to cleaned up from rust. I never got the details. Can anyone provide the info on this. This winter I will be doing the rear brakes, so I will be able to see if something is going on there also. :chevy

It is rust on the rear axle yokes where they contact the wheels bearing. You have to remove the half shaft and rim, then break the yoke nut free and it falls right out the back (somewhat simplified). Not too bad of job.

Thanks, I run the Nitrous Express kit. There are plenty of threads about the Nitrous stuff ;). I did blow my stroker with it, but have since resolved the problem that caused it so you do have to be careful using the stuff. And even when you are, it is not guaranteed safe.
