Default Valve stem type

Which valve stem seal type should i use? It's an 85 with about 60k miles on it

I was thinking regular hats for the exhaust and positive type for the intake

I used positive seals on all the valves on my TPI, no problems so far.

Well what type were they?

The oe seals are little o-rings for the intake and rubber hat looking things for the exhaust, I believe. Is this what the fel-po set comes with?

The positive sealing ones are smaller and have metal rings as part of the seal to keep the tight against the stem. No oil runs down the stem, but at the cost of marginally faster valve guide wear.

It's an old motor, and stock, so I'm at a loss at to which ones I should use.
