Hard Start when hot after injector change out
I just would like to know if anyone else experienced similar problems I am leaning towards injector problem as that is the only real mechanical change but I would sure hope not.
Upgrades and repairs as follows
Corsa exhaust (wow it really seems to have woken the car up)
New Accel 26lb injectors (Summit racing)
A/C Delco fuel Filter
A/C Delco PCV valve
Intake oil leak repaired (used phenolic gaskets from guy on ebay)
Throttle body coolant bypassed
Trans oil changed ( nothing to do with related trouble)
Hurst Shifter install (what a bear to remove that X brace)
As always the input and feedback given on this forum is second to none.
Also does it run rich??

I had the same problem with my 94 chevy truck after I put in a 383 with 454 injectors. The problem is your injector Base Pulse Width vs Crank. You will have to have the computer reprogramed to fix the problem. Since you have over size injectors with a stock tune the computer is dumping to much fuel when you are cranking the engine over. If you lower BPW time the engine will fire as soon as you hit the key. What this does is lowers the amount of time the injectors open when you are cranking, which means you are not dumoing as much fuel and flooding the engine.
