Well, yes and no. If the air intake part still looks good the messed up spoiler at the bottom is just an eyesore. If you managed to completely trash it so much that the air scoop part is damaged you'll want to get it replaced soon.
Replace it anyway, they're cheap, easy to install and do wonders for the looks of the car.

You can get the entire front air dam from Mid-America for around $40. It helps with cooling and aerodynamics, and the car will look much better with a fresh on on there.
