What is this? Update!!
After trying to figure out why my car wouldn't start lastnight, I came across this. What exactly is it? It was unplugged and I couldn't find the plug to plug it back in. It was just hanging with all the other wires. Thanks!

I looked all under the dash and I can't find the plug that would plug into the pic above. Does anyone know the color or wires that connect to it? Maybe it was cut for some reason. Thanks.

It seems my clutch is missing the plug that connects to my cruise control switch. Does anyone know the colors of wires that are supposed to go to it? I can't find any cut wires or the plug end. Are the cruise control wires that go to the brake switch blue and stripped grey? Thanks everyone!
