91 Corvette Wont Fire??

I am working on a friends 91, that all the sudden would not start! It cranks over, but no spark and here is what has been done so far:

New fuel pump
New Hei coil
New Hei control module
New cap and rotor

Still no spark! Any clues??

I have had many c4's, but mostly c3's so I am not too familiar with this kind of condition.

Could the fuel filter be the culprit? But it still will not put spark through the plugs. I have put an volt meter on the battery line to the cap, and it is getting juice!

I am runnig out of patience

Check that you have 12v going to the distributor. Check for continuity on the pickup coil inside the distributor.

What year?
Was it running normal the last time it ran?
power going to the distributor from the coil?
