I installed the shield from Mid America above the center front spoiler. Seems like it should help eliminate any debris from getting caught up in the radiator and A/C condensor. Has anyone else had any experience with this?
Not to hi-jack this thread, but I have a question concerning a tranny cooler, as to what size and thickness. I am debating on a standard fin style, Translife 10"x20"x3/4" or a 5 3/4"x11"x1 1/2" B&M stacked plate style.
The first one has more total cooling area, and the second is more rugged, but upon inspection of my AC condenser, there was not a bent fin, nor anything between it and the rad. So, is the B&M ruggedness needed? Wouldn't the 1 1/2" thickness impede airflow to the upper portion of the rad? Or would the larger size of the Translife impede more flow to the rad, simply because it covers a larger section? Any ideas, setups currently in use, or help at all appreciated. I need to get this resolved so I can order something. Thanks.

P.S. I intend on installing a high stall convertor in the future, so I am leaning towards the first one. Also I am trying to stay away from any that use -06AN fittings.
