Code 12 is the diagnostic code, you get it everytime you pull codes. Dont pay it any attention.

To fix 34 do this:

If he has to replace the MAF sensor itself, after he's followed the diagnostic procedure, then remind him that he must replace both relays on the firewall. It is recommended they be changed anytime the MAF is changed.

Okay, he has followed that routine before. It fixed the problem until he revs the car high again...problem returns.

I imagine its an ECM issue?
