Have you ever heard of a torque converter lock up module? Coming back for the Funfest if I gave the Vette a little gas it would shutter. If I gave it a lot of gas it would be fine. Its a 92. I ask my Son who own the vette before I did if it every happen to him. He said yes they replaced the torque converter lock up module. There is new wires, plugs, gas filter. Just looking for answers. Have you ever seen this happen?
Thanks,
Rick

Sounds like the lock-up clutch in the torque converter is slipping, that means new torque converter.
Take it to a tranny shop and have it checked out asap, before the rest of the tranny is ruined.
Good Luck.

True - OR it's the lock up solenoid in the transmission itself. That solenoid can be easily replaced - first thing to check out when diagnosing the problem.
