4+3 Shifter: Changing the ****
Hey all,
I have a question about the 4+3. I've seen forum members here with aftermarket shifter ***** that look really good. I'd like to put a Hurst classic white **** on mine. I have a question. Can I just remove the reverse lockout lever and linkages from the shifter and it will still work the same? Obviously the new **** wouldn't look roght with that collar and stuff. Has anyone here removed it before? I can have a higher shift boot made to cover anything on the stick that looks crappy after the removal, I just want to know if it will work?
