Cant turn off ASR.

Im posting this for a friend that currently doesnt have internet access (He just moved)

He has a 96 LT4. After having it in for a tune up he was unable to turn the ASR off. Is there a fuse that has blown? Is there a way to unhook it from under the hood that someone could have removed or unplugged?

It's been like this for a while now and he is getting annoyed, as am I, this is his excuse for why he's so slow.

Any help would be great! TIA.

Have a look behind the ASR on/off button to make sure its pluged in firmly. Id say thats what it will be.
