Crazy Idling??? Need your help guys

Anyways. When I initially start my car, the RPMS jump up to .9k. It stays there for a while, then slowly goes back to .6k.
The car has hesitation, once started, If I WOT the engine, it bogs down, and turds out. You have to feather it, until the engine temp reaches 150 degrees, then the hesitation is gone. But not completely gone, it is still there.
Say I stop at a red-light, well, the car will idle a bit crazy, going from .5k to .6k to .7k. Just cycling like that. A weird sound will be made in my rear, and a light buz feeling will be caused. It only lasts a second or too.
My car has a very noticeable gas smell when I first start it.
When temp reaches 180+ degrees, I will floor it(or 3/4 throttle), it will go fine but once it gets to 2.7k till about 3.4k it stutters, and doesn't want to go to a smooth running. It also makes a popping noise. (running rich?)
Please guys help me out here. I hope most of this is fixable, either that, or its back in the shop and big buxx to be spent...:(

What could drain my battery?
electically, you have something that is staying on and draining your battery, what i do not know. an auto electric place could help but if it isn't real bad just keep a .2 battery charge on it when it sits in the garage to combat the drain.
Good luck
A DMM from Radio Shack will help you isolate the battery drain. Pull the +bat lead, hook up the meter and pull the fuses one-by-one till the resistance jumps up (the ECM, clock, etc will have some draw even with the key Off).

Would this effect performance, idling?
Also whats this about a machine at local pep boys, or jiffy lube, that cleans it out??? How does it work?
