I'd check the fuse, chances are, if the fuse is blown, something else like interior lights may be out. If fuse is good, then check relays, and connections down to the horns. Then check your horns. Chances are, you got a short somewhere (drive thru any puddles lately? Maybe took a trip to the car wash?) good luck- John

The click is the relay engaging. Either you blew a fuse or your horns. I lost both horns and had to replace both of them. The C4 horn placement sucks and they are very prone to getting water in them which will kill them. Check the fuse, then check the wire at the horn with a meter or test light. If you are getting power there when you hit the horn, you have blown horns. The car has two, one on each side that play different notes. You want one of each note when you replace. The job takes about 5 minutes a side.
