L-98 too LT-1 conversion
I have a 1991 coupe with a L-98 engine and 700R4 trans. How much is involved in switching to a later LT-1/4 engine??
I would expect I would need a complete engine harness and the later ECM. Maybe have to switch out the radiator?? Would I have to go to the 4L60 transmission, or will the 700R4 still work with the change in ecm?
What about accessories like A/C and brake booster, ect?
Has this been done a lot?
