Has anyone ever used the forced air diffuser inlet from ecklers.Its the intake that comes from the front bumper by the licence plate.If you have or heard about it how good is it,or is it useless.

I have one, for looks. It may or may not make extra power. I just got the diffuser, the total kit was funny in cost. I drilled the hole for the tube and shaped my cut lid into a scoop for the air.

I have it on my car, came on it when I got it. Haven't had any problems out of it. Can't really say for sure it helps, but it hasn't hurt. I like to think it helps a lot since it's getting true cold air from outside instead of hot underhood temps. I'd imagine during 40 degree weather and high speeds, it's putting much colder air in the engine. Maybe that mod is why I'm running a 7.9 at 91mph in the 8th with only 291rwhp. Maybe I'm putting down 350rwhp at speed with the forced air scoop.
