Coil over adjustment help needed
I need to raise the ride height of the car in the front and was told to "turn the nut at the bottom of the shock". Interesting thing is that there is no nut at the bottom.... or maybe this is maritime terminology and the top is the bottom and I'm just confused <heh>.
Anyway, has anyone adjusted these before so I can figure out where the **** nut I'm supposed to turn is?

Coil-overs typically have a threaded collar on one end of the shock, and a VERY large nut (the diameter of the spring). Turn this nut to compress the spring, and the ride height will increase. Turn the nut to relax the spring, and the ride height will lower.
