Do I need a new injector..
pulled my fuel rails today, to do the SR install, but on of my injectors have a broken "hat"
How to fix this?, will the injector leek without the hat? can I replace just the hat?

How many miles on the injectors? Did you do a leak down test before taking them out? Have you ohm tested them?
They look pretty rough from the pics. Definetly need new o-rings. If it were me I would go ahead and install new injectors or have those cleaned/serviced. Since you have the top end off it would be easy and same hassle down the road.

They look like the original injectors. I would service or replace them. I would get new Ford Racing 24 lb injectors from Summit Racing. The Bosche might be a good deal in Denmark. Check out the prices. Be careful when dealing with someone that claims to rebuild injectors. Some just sonic clean and replace the O rings and hats.
