MSD 6AL Box. Where to put it???

MSD 6AL Box. Where to put it???
The only area I find to fit the box is right on top of the battery, but I'm not sure that's such a good idea. Where else would it be possible to fit this hunk of a box. Pics would help if any avail. Thanks.

On my '85 I mounted it to the support bar directly behind the radiator and in front of the motor. I made a flat steel plate with mounting holes in it and placed that under the support and mounted the MSD on top. Worked great, nothing had to be moved or modified to get it to fit there.Good luck! :D

Like Dave, I mounted mine in fron tof the passenger side wheel well below the headlight assembly. Just make sure that it's mounted low so that the rotating headlight can flip up.

I've got mine mounted on the driver's side...under the headlight.
Fits as if the area was made for the MSD box. I also use the MSD harness, and it makes for an easy run to the distributor from this location. To complete
the job...get yourself some 'wire guard' to enclose your new wiring and secur with some 'wire tees' along your run. Sorry, I don't have any pictures for you.
