will this really give u around 20 horsepower?......or is it a waste of money...let me know..thanks

If it says it'll give X amount of HP, then it doesnt give anything close to it.
Always remember that.
No it doesnt give 20, maybe 10 compared to bone stock.

or if you really want to...
just cut the lid (free) and install a K&N (next time you need a filter change), don't waste your time on the other intakes, especially for an early C4.
also...
I am not sure what the 90's intake looks like compared to my 89, but you can also make your own CAI for a few dollars in parts.
Just get a long 3" diameter rubber hose (semi truck supply store) and some rubber couplers from the PVC section of the hardware store along with some worm gear clamps. then just remove all the stock plastic airbox, and run the hose down to the same area and pop the cone filter on the end. You will most likely get the same results as just cutting your lid though, but it looks cooler
I have mine just sticking off the TB and havn't made it to a truck supply store to get a longer hose yet
