Turbo's are rare, and VERY custom. Supercharger kits are available for arond 4 grand, and easier to install. A search will give plenty on both, but here is one of the larger turbo threads so far

There is no "best". They each achieve the same results in different ways, with different trade-offs. I.e., they each have their pros and cons.
Only you can decide with method would suit you best. Read all you can on both systems, then make an informed decision.
