Default mufflers

i just took my 2 mufflers off yesterday to fix this bad noise on the one..so i took the other one off so it would match and not look gay...is this ok do to...and i no that the exhaust comes out from underneath the car...how bad is that for me myself from the gases that are released...should i put straight pipes on just until i buy my new exhaust for the next spring?

Exhaust gases are not good for you. In fact they are very deadly. The local law enforcement folks may take exception to the noise level also. If you are willing to risk that encounter you should add muffler eleminator pipes to preclude a trip to a hospital.

If you are too near the exhaust pipes while the car is running, it does not take long to kill you, far less than you might think.
