how much, 'plunger travel', is built into h. lifters?
my guess would be, you would want the 'placement'
to be halfway, when engine is in the middle of the temperature-range,
and then correct from that, to get to the room temp...
temp that you adjust at.
please enlighten me

it is not obvious to me, how valvetrain 'length' changes over temp, since the whole engine, I suppose, expands with increasing temp
