Default Passenger side heater hose replacement.

This thing twists and turns and loopedy-loops all around the engine bay and mine is cut into a million pieces. Anyone been able to source a replacement, or have instructions to build your own out of adapters and whatnot?

I replaced the upper and lower with parts from NAPA. A stock hose was $100. NAPA had the tee fittings as well, on the shelf. You may need to remove the wheel well cover to get at the tee under the A/C. I may have spent $15 for it all.

Default Heater hoses

Got a full set from a local NAPA store last month for about $75 but waited 2 days for the warehouse shipment. Very nice custom bends.
The online price was higher???
On my '95 removing the pressurized surge tank (where the pressure cap is) made everything very accessible.
It's usually better to carefully cut the hoses off of the heater core as pulling on the nipples can separate the nipples from the core.
Good luck.

I went into napa, and they said they could not order them and did not have any prebent hoses. ANYONE know where to get this thing aside from GM where its $100? Nobody seems to be able to build me one out of Tees and such either because nobody has tees that big. Help!

I just picked up five feet of unbent heater hose at NAPA, and the tee's. They had Ford labeled tee's right on the shelf, they are 3/4 x 3/4 x 3/4 and the one for the back of the intake was 3/4 x 3/8 (I can't remember for sure, slightly bigger then stock but with a hose clamp it doesn't matter) x 3/4. They were black plastic tee's, high temp. Then you need a few hose clamps, and run the new hose. Make the hose clamps face all one way without the ribbon sticking up and it looks fine. Yeah $100 bucks for those stock hoses! Mine was under $15. Maybe you will have to try Auto Zone or some place else for 3/4" tee's, they are common though.

Which hose do you mean?? There is one that goes from the heater core to the throttle body. Another that goes from the surge tank to the water pump, and finally, one that goes from the heater core to the surge tank. This is on my 1991, L98, without an oil cooler. It sounds like you might have an oil cooler, do you? Some hoses are available, others are not.

I have been looking for the one that goes from the surge tank to the water pump on my car. It has five bends in it, and it is 1" at the surge tank, down to 1/2" at the water pump. I had to make one hose out of two..........

Default '95 Heater hoses

These are the part numbers for 5 of the NAPA hoses.
11743
11719
9096
9097
9813
The long hose from the surge tank to the water pump didn't have all of the bends but the one that made a good fit (near the water pump) was there and the ends fit without adapters (pump end small, tank end large). After securing the hoses, it's impossible to tell that long hose is different than stock.
All the other hoses were pre-bent to an exact fit.
Perhaps they fit your '89???

I don't think they will. Mine goes from the heater core, with a small tee that goes to the back of the intake manifold, another tee that goes to the water pump bypass, and finally to the front of the intake manifold. I went into napa and asked them for a hose or if they had the parts to build something similar and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking and said they only sell the upper and lower radiator hoses.

That "T" to the small hose to the intake manifold makes it tough.

See if you can find a local AC Delco dealer; my local house either has lots of stuff or can order it.
