front wiring harness

Default front wiring harness
help me out with this at the front firewall where the wiring comes out I have two red wires that I quess the previous owner cut these arent in the harness they are just two loose wires beside the harness where it comes out of the fire wall.I'am going to crawl under the dash but I thought I would ask, could it be some wires someone added ?

Since they're not in the harness I'd guess they are from a previous aftermarket security system or something like that.

That might explain why I have an extra wire, where my drivers side horn is just laying there.thanks
